The Outcome team is excited to welcome Sheena Jenkinson – who joins us as Outcome’s Head of Operations. Sheena will lead our originations process, working closely with students, educational institutions, and services as we grow our Outcome–based loan programs. She will also be leading Outcome’s regulatory strategy as outcome–aligned financing solutions continue to be more closely regulated.
“Becoming a part of Outcome Group has allowed me to show the world what I am capable of. I have joined a mission to make a change in Higher Education. Each experience that I am a part of allows me to impact results for students of all economic levels.”
Sheena joins Outcome after over ten years of working in healthcare and several years in the mortgage loan industry as an underwriter and originator. At the beginning of her career in health care, she focused on closing the gap of health care disparity. Her roles in executive management allowed her to impact the well–being of the community. After working at MSK managing a patient interactive system and at NYU Medical coordinating a 1.5–million–dollar Bone Marrow Transplant program, Sheena crossed over into medical underwriting. Ultimately, this led her to underwrite in the mortgage industry. After managing a team of 15 underwriters and establishing her credentials as a DE FHA Underwriter, Sheena pursued her mortgage career further by obtaining her mortgage loan origination license in 11 states where she continued to assist the community by providing education about the mortgage loan process. Sheena earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Baker College Graduate Studies Center, Michigan’s largest nonprofit independent college.
Sheena works out of her home in Arizona. In her free time, Sheena loves to go out to eat and make memories with her three children. Sheena is an advocate of online Amazon shopping and loves to read, especially books by her favorite author Langston Hughes. “Hold fast to your dreams, for without them life is a broken–winged bird that cannot fly.” – Montage of a Dream Deferred, 1951 Langston Hughes
